Program Overview
The Lincoln Center Internship Program is a paid, in-person arts administration internship designed for NYC-based undergraduate and graduate students seeking meaningful, real-world experience in the cultural sector. This program cultivates the next generation of leaders by offering hands-on work opportunities and access to professionals across the arts and culture field.
Interns gain access to:

- Access tospecial eventsthat reflect Lincoln Center’s mission as the world’s leading performing arts center
What you’ll get to do:
LCE Summer Forum Interns will work alongside key staff on a variety of tasks, including:
• Assisting with all administrative tasks for Summer Forum
• Assisting with the organization of all Summer Forum registration materials, ie. name tags, packets, etc.
• Supporting the management of special events, ie. welcome breakfasts, receptions, and dinners
• Helping to manage workshop materials and supplies, including inventory tracking and supply delivery to workshop rooms
• Providing event support for the day-to-day operations of Summer Forum
• Interns will gain an understanding of LCE’s pedagogical approach to aesthetic education
You'll be a great fit if...
- A rising college junior or senior, or equivalent
- Based in New York City or the Greater NYC area
- Available for the full internship: May 15 through July 31,2026 with specific hours outlined as:
- up to 20 hours per week from May 15 through June 30, 2026,
- up to 35 hours a week July 1, through July 11, 2026
- Up to 20 hours per week from July 13-31, 2026
- Available Wednesday afternoons to participate in LCPA-wide internship program workshops
- A self-starter who also thrives in team environments
- Passionate about arts education, leadership, and community impact
- Exemplify teamwork, organization, innovation, resilience, inclusivity, and enthusiasm
