As an Under Armour Distribution Center Intern, you’ll be introduced to the exciting and fast-paced environment of supply chain that is the heartbeat of UA. Throughout this 8-week program you’ll be partnered with leadership and given hands-on experience and knowledge that will build a strong foundation for a future career in the supply chain setting. In this time, you will be empowered with responsibilities and tasks that will provide ample knowledge of the entire supply chain life cycle. 

Purpose of Role

This role has big-time impact! Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials Responsible for manual tasks associated with the processing of orders. Responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders.

Your Impact

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks 
• Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks
• Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders
• Processing and shipping of orders
• Consistently at work and on time
• Other duties as assigned

Base Compensation

$17.00 per hour

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
