How you will create an impact:
- Assisting with hiring, transfers, and onboarding activities across LATAM.
- Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Supporting vacation tracking, leaves of absence, and offboarding documentation.
- Assisting with performance evaluation cycles and training follow-ups.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration processes.
- Helping prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Supporting HR initiatives related to employee engagement and internal communications.
- Assisting with SAP data accuracy and HR systems support.
- Supporting the structuring and implementation of regional HR processes.
- Supporting recruitment processes (interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups).
Your profile
- Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Fluent or advanced English (mandatory)
- Portuguese required; Spanish is a strong plus
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people-related topics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Proactive mindset, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
