About the Role

HR Intern / Estágio

In Brazil - Sao Paulo

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our growing Latin American team and support our HR operations across Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources within a multinational consulting environment. You will work closely with the HR Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to regional and global HR processes.

How you will create an impact:

  • Assisting with hiring, transfers, and onboarding activities across LATAM.
  • Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Supporting vacation tracking, leaves of absence, and offboarding documentation.
  • Assisting with performance evaluation cycles and training follow-ups.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration processes.
  • Helping prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Supporting HR initiatives related to employee engagement and internal communications.
  • Assisting with SAP data accuracy and HR systems support.
  • Supporting the structuring and implementation of regional HR processes.
  • Supporting recruitment processes (interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups).

Your profile

  • Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Fluent or advanced English (mandatory)
  • Portuguese required; Spanish is a strong plus
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people-related topics
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proactive mindset, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
