The intern will support the collection, analysis, and presentation of production, quality, and process time data while collaborating on continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities also include documenting procedures, participating in methodologies like 5S and Kaizen, and generating performance indicator reports.

Requisitos:

  • Practicante de Ingeniería o Similar.
  • Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas y metodologías relacionados con su actividad.
  • Seguro facultativo vigente.
  • Paquetería office.

     

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyar en la recolección, análisis y presentación de datos de producción, calidad y tiempos de proceso.
  • Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continúa relacionados con reducción de costos, eficiencia y seguridad.
  • Documentar procedimientos, instructivos de trabajo y estándares operativos.
  • Participar en actividades de 5S, Kaizen, SMED y análisis de causa raíz.
  • Apoyar en la generación de reportes de indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos productivos y proponer soluciones prácticas.
  • Colaborar con diferentes áreas (producción, mantenimiento, calidad, logística) en la ejecución de proyectos.


Horario:

  • Lunes a viernes de 7:30 am a 4:30 pm
