Orcan Energy develops, produces, distributes and finances energy modules for the conversion of waste heat into clean and cheap electricity and constructs them on a turnkey basis, including the installation required for waste heat extraction. About the Role

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des technischen Projektmanagement- und Umsetzungsteams in der täglichen Projektarbeit
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von (technischen) Kundenterminen
  • Organisation und Nachhalten von Projektplänen und Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung beim Monitoring und Umsetzung des Änderungsmanagements, inkl. Aufsetzten von Templates für unterschiedliche Zwecke des Änderungs- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Ausarbeiten von Nachträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling-Team
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Projekt- und Prozessmanagement (Standards, Methoden, Tools)


Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis mit grundlegendem technischem Know-how

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365, insbesondere sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel

  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

  • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
