Tasks & Responsibilities
Functional
Dealing with welding technology consulting and act as contact persons for the customers and technical consultants in the defined area
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
Creating welding parameters on-site at customer locations for fine tuning of parameters with respect to manual applications and robotic fabrications
Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan welding demonstration or trial.
Organizing, carrying out and documenting welding tests
Participation in various training courses and welding demonstrations and dealing with their implementation.
Skills & Requirements
Professional
A completed technical apprenticeship (including welding technology) is required to perform the job.
Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA, MIG/MAG)
Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) will be a plus.
High School or Diploma is required.
Middle school level will be considered if proven with direct experience in the related field for at least 1 year.

Good computer skills (MS Office products)
Language
The standard language for office and customer communication is the main national language.
Fluent English skills (spoken and written) for daily communication with international colleagues and customers (B2) are a PLUS.
