We empower brands, agencies, and media owners to create impactful advertising experiences across Indonesia.</div><div><br></div><div>As a<strong> Recruiter Intern</strong>, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing a mass hiring project. This is a short-term, fully remote (WFH) opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates in a fast-paced hiring environment.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>🌟 What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul><li>Source and identify potential candidates using internal channels and job portals.</li><li>Reach out and engage with candidates to assess initial interest and fit.</li><li>Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.</li><li>Conduct initial interviews for selected roles as assigned.</li><li>Update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as assist in hiring test processes.</li><li>Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, including candidate status and hiring progress.</li></ul><div><strong>✅ What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul><li>Able to start in the first week of April and commit for approximately 1 month.</li><li>Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.</li><li>Preferably with prior internship experience in recruitment.</li><li>Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.</li><li>Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates.</li></ul><div><strong>🎁 What You’ll Get</strong></div><ul><li>A paid, short-term internship (±1 month) with full remote (WFH) flexibility</li><li>Hands-on experience in real recruitment projects (mass hiring)</li></ul><div><br></div><div>If you’re interested in recruitment, enjoy connecting with people, and want to gain real experience in a fast-paced hiring project, we’d love to hear from you.
