About the Role

ERM is looking for an intern willing to join our Italian Branch in Milan and to work in our Site Investigation and Remediation team.


In particular the person will:

  • Support the team in writing high-quality reports to meet the needs of our Clients;
  • Be involved in environmental data evaluation and visualization
  • Have the opportunity to go to the field to observe field activities  (groundwater and soil sampling);
  • Participate to projects related to the sustainable water use in industrial processes.

The Ideal Candidate has:

  • Master’s degree in environmental engineering, Environmental sciences, Geology or other relevant disciplines;
  • Familiarity with Environmental regulation related to soil & groundwater characterization and remediation;
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken (level B2/C1);
  • Knowledge of another European language will be considered as plus;
  • Experience with GIS software and groundwater modelling software;(Modflow and FeFlow) will be considered as plus;
  • Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment, curiosity, flexibility, team player attitude, accuracy in the delivery.
