Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master’s in Supply Chain and/or Digital in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: You are fluent in English.
Other requirements:
You have a good level in Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power platform and AI solutions is an asset.
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 4 months minimum, full time preferred
Work arrangements: Hybrid, attendance required 2 times a week.
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: According to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?
Work closely with the Planning product teams on improvement initiatives to automate the building of Supply Plans, Inventory projections, end-to-end lead time (E2E LT), and write-off analysis, supporting enhanced efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Establishing Gen AI guidelines and use cases to encourage wider adoption among teams.
Creation and maintenance of digital solutions, using the full Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to provide better data visualization, aiming to improve business decision-making and monitoring of various performance indicators (KPIs), and better collaboration of the Supply Chain Planning team.
Automations: Identify and automate repetitive tasks, increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
Supply Chain Process Analysis: Analyzing supply chain processes and proposing improvements to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Process Digitalization: Digitalizing certain processes based on business needs, streamlining operations and enhancing data accessibility.

Managing projects independently under the guidance of the course supervisor.

Training of people affected by the changes and follow-up.
