About the Role

Für den Ausbildungsstart zum 01.08.2026 suchen wir dich für unseren B1 Markt, eine Discount-Vertriebsschiene der toom Baumarkt GmbH.

Das erwartet dich als:

Verkäuferin/Verkäufer (m/w/d) - Bereich Baumarkt / in 2 Jahren

Du lernst alles rund um Kundenberatung, Warenpräsentation, Kassentätigkeiten und den täglichen Ablauf im Markt.


Kauffrau/Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d) - Bereich Baumarkt / in 3 Jahren

Du vertiefst zusätzlich dein Wissen in betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen, übernimmst Verantwortung in eigenen Projekten und entwickelst dich weiter zum Verkaufsprofi.


In beiden Ausbildungen im Team toom:

  • Durchläufst du unterschiedliche Abteilungen und bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen
  • Gibst du Tipps, kennst dich mit der Ware aus und hast immer das richtige Werkzeug und Material parat
  • Zeigst du Verantwortung in eigenen Projekten und bringst deine Ideen mit ein
  • Entwickelst du dich durch unsere Azubiseminare und Fachtrainings stetig weiter, so dass du bestens auf deine Prüfung vorbereitet bist
