The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head & Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®.

We are offering several Engineering level internship opportunities, designed for students looking to engage in stimulating and innovative projects. These internships will allow you to gain concrete experience within our teams, directly contributing to the improvement of our performance and the optimization of our processes. Each role requires a strong ability to adapt to new technologies, an appetite for project management and continuous improvement:

As an Industrial Automation and Control Systems Engineer Intern, you will join our Engineering department. Your main missions will aim to:

• Optimize automated systems: Propose innovative technical solutions, participate in commissioning, functional testing, and equipment parameterization.
• Manage automation projects: Lead studies, ensure stakeholder coordination, draft validation protocols, and monitor the performance of implemented systems.
• Ensure compliance and satisfaction: Guarantee adherence to specifications and client satisfaction.

The role of Process Master Data Engineer will immerse you in data automation and process standardization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Automating master data: Contribute to data engineering, the implementation of solutions, and the automation of data reviews through BPMN mapping.
• Developing tools and processes: Create BPMN maps and work guides, as well as design and implement robust data pipelines with their maintenance plans.

If you are interested in operational process optimization and digitalization, the position of Process & Digitalization Engineer is for you. Your key missions will be to:

• Manage digitalization projects: Participate in the planning and monitoring of project progress, including new installations and their qualification phase.
• Develop and coordinate digital initiatives: Contribute to Power BI development, monitor communication schedules, and ensure good coordination of initiatives.
• Improve processes through digitalization: Identify opportunities and participate in the digitalization of existing manual tools and processes to improve efficiency.

Finally, the Process Optimization Engineer position will allow you to play a key role in improving operational efficiency and department performance. Your main missions will consist of:

• Optimize resource consumption: Contribute to a reduction in water and material usage through the optimization of existing processes and controls.
• Develop and implement masterplans: Participate in the definition of key projects aimed at optimizing our raw materials and formulas, including the elimination of certain components and the implementation of new recipes.
• Automate tasks and increase efficiency: Map and automate labor-intensive work processes to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

Job Qualifications

🧩 For all these Engineering level internship opportunities, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Education Level: Master's degree or Engineering School.
• Desired Specializations: Automation, robotics, electrical engineering, electronics, industrial IT, industrial engineering, production management, information systems, data engineering, or computer science.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in French and English.
• Personal Qualities: Team spirit, aptitude for collaboration, ability to adapt to new technologies, appetite for project management, ability to propose innovative solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Availability: Between 4 and 6 months.
