About the Role

The Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven GTM Motorsport intern to join our newly established and fast‑growing Motorsport division. Are you organised, proactive and excited to work with high‑profile motorsport brands? Then this internship could be a great match for you. You will work closely with our GTM team and various internal stakeholders, supporting the full sell‑in process and preparing key launch materials for both wholesale partners and consumer‑facing channels.

You will gain hands‑on experience in product launches, asset organisation, GTM workflows and process optimisation within a dynamic motorsport environment. As our division continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to help shape more efficient ways of working and contribute to impactful seasonal launches.

Your Mission

  • Support the team in delivering clear, accurate and impactful sell‑in and launch materials for AH seasons.
  • Ensure that all product stories, assets and tools are fully prepared, consistent and ready for strong wholesale engagement.
  • Contribute to successful consumer launches by ensuring high‑quality and complete GTM materials.
  • Directly support the rollout of high‑profile Motorsport collections for brands such as Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin and BMW M.
  • Help strengthen our e‑commerce presence through well‑prepared and launch‑ready assets.
  • Enable efficient and scalable GTM processes within this rapidly developing division.

Your Talent

  • An individual who thrives in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing motorsport business. 
  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic environment. 
  • Able to switch quickly and handle changes easily in a fast‑moving environment. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Somewhat tech‑savvy and eager to learn new skills, including basic Photoshop editing (no extensive experience required). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Able to work with highly sensitive confidential materials. 

This internship is based in the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible. To be considered for this internship, you must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without the need for a work permit.

  • An internship allowance of €500 per month based on full‑time hours for a higher professional education (HBO) program, and €350 per month based on full‑time hours for a vocational education (MBO) program.
