About the Role

About Us

Capgemini Ventures was created in October 2018 as an integral part of Capgemini's strategic agenda, to be a leader for leaders in the NEW. Capgemini Ventures is a corporate function aiming to co-create and deliver value with startups, clients and technology partners, by building a joint go-to-market with startups and partner ecosystems, making minority investments through the ISAI Cap Venture fund and as a Limited Partner in VC funds. Today, our scope of activity covers the following areas :

  • Startup Catalyst: We have developed an end-to-end framework from market research, analysis and identification of startups to their evaluation and the building of collaboration with the Capgemini Group. This is designed to enable collaborations in a structured way between Capgemini and startups to provide value to our clients.
  • Corporate Ventures: Our Corporate Venture Capital fund, jointly set up with ISAI, invests in B2B tech startups worldwide to build strategic partnerships, and accelerate the growth of tomorrow’s leaders.
  • Business Ventures: We design new ecosystems in conjunction with our customers, startups and major technology partners (e.g. Joint-Ventures). We also invest as Limited Partner in VC funds to create and oversee industrial strategic partnerships and new models of collaboration.
