Job Description

This is an internship for an active student of related Bachelor or Master programs at Swedish and European universities.

Start date 1 September, 2026 – duration 6 months – full time

About the role:

Talent Management comprises the end-to-end experience of our employees – from the first moment of onboarding. From Talent, Performance to Learning and engagement, in this area you have the opportunity to learn all about different impactful projects.

As a Talent Management Intern, we will assign you to exciting projects that shape the way our employees deliver, grow and learn new skills, helping translate people’s strategy into impactful employee experiences.

What you’ll learn:

  • Hands-on experience supporting learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and talent processes

  • How performance management and talent cycles are structured and executed across markets

  • Exposure to tools and methodologies used to drive employee development, engagement, and growth

  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders across HR and the business in an international environment

  • Understanding how skills, capabilities, and leadership pipelines are built in large organizations

  • Developing professional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

You will be entrusted with real tasks and encouraged to ask questions, learn fast, and contribute.

We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for the Electrolux Group.

Who you are:

  • You are an active student enrolled in an ongoing degree program (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business Administration / Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Behavioral Science, Social Studies, or similar programs

  • Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date June 2027 or 2028.

  • Passionate about building a career in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or other HR- related areas

  • Interested in how people grow, perform, and develop within organizations

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn

  • Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • A team player with good communication skills

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Where you’ll be:

You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence.

The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
