As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting both shipper and carrier sales teams while learning the fundamentals of freight brokerage, customer prospecting, and carrier development. No prior logistics experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and tools. You bring energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. This internship is designed to introduce you to the core functions of logistics sales while building professional skills that can launch a full-time career in transportation and supply chain. Duties and Responsibilities

• Support carrier and shipper relationship development
• Assist with researching prospective clients and carriers
• Participate in cold-calling and prospecting efforts
• Help negotiate rates under team supervision
• Track and manage shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Assist in resolving shipment issues and communicating updates
• Collaborate with team members to deliver premier service
• Learn how to grow revenue, increase margins, and build pipelines
• Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Strong communication skills and willingness to be on the phone
• Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Determination to win and grow

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in an office setting.
• This position is administrative in nature and will require the ability to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds.
