Your mission

As a Growth & Sales Intern, you'll be on the front lines of our commercial expansion — reaching out to potential clients, sparking conversations, and helping turn cold leads into warm opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn the full sales cycle, work side by side with our founders and sales team, and make a real impact from day one. 

Your responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and on-site office visits
  • Attend networking events and represent Bella & Bona in the field
  • Keep our pipeline organised and up to date in HubSpot
  • Support the sales team in hitting KPIs: calls booked, demos completed, qualified leads and closed deals


Your profile

  • You're a German speaker with a strong level of English
  • You're currently studying or have recently graduated  ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or something similar
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to strangers
  • You're energetic, competitive, and love the idea of seeing the direct impact of your work
  • You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person
  • Bonus points if you've already tried HubSpot or any CRM tool
