Crafted Highlights:    

In this role, this person will operate, clean, and inspect equipment as well as work in the warehouse as a warehouse worker should the need arise. They will aid in the optimization of all Operations functions and provide relief support for absences related to vacation, training, sickness and other competing priorities.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

  • Operate packaging equipment under the guiding principles of Safety the Molson Coors Way and World Class Supply Chain
  • Work with the distribution team: order picking, dump beer, organization, forklift use
  • Participate in problem solving and clean-up activities

 

Key Ingredients:   

  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • You have 1-2 years experience in high-speed packaging and/or manufacturing; forklift experience is an asset
  • You have experience in sanitation and with related cleaning tools
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
  • You are able to work as part of a team or independently
  • You are comfortable working in cold and warm environments
  • You understand the importance of Safety and Quality as the highest priority 
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset
  • You operate and maintain brewery equipment and processes in a safe, efficient manner
  • You understand the importance of packaging and warehouse duties, and work within scope of EHS and WCSC 5S guidelines for layouts and organization
  • You perform the duties at hand to get the job done safely and efficiently
  • You deal with employees, work orders, production plans, etc. to achieve common goals
