Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of employee-facing content, including newsletters, internal updates, announcements, and more.
- Assist in the creation of external-facing marketing assets, including website content, sales materials, presentations, and digital assets.
- Help maintain organized digital assets, shared folders, and brand materials.
- Monitor, research, and qualify incoming leads from form fills, utilizing HubSpot CRM.
- Assist with cleaning up contacts within the CRM system and building segmented lists for campaigns, trade shows, and follow ups.
- Research potential marketing opportunities, partnerships, and industry trends.
- Help identify new ways to connect with and engage our target market.
- Assist with auditing supplier portals, online listings, and company profiles to identify inaccuracies and update information as needed.
- Assist with marketing preparations for trade shows and events.
- Support project timelines and logistics such as organizing materials, coordinating shipments, and preparing marketing assets.
- Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts.
- Help create or source visual assets such as photos, graphics, and short videos.
- Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
- Brainstorm and suggest new ideas for social media posts to help increase engagement and visibility.
- Support special marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Contribute ideas and creative input to help strengthen marketing efforts and brand visibility.
Requirements
Education / Certificates / Licenses / Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Interest in marketing, branding, and digital content creation.
- Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable collaborating in a team environment.
- Alignment with our company’s guiding principles and commitment to enrich lives.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Exposure to CRM systems such as HubSpot.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered on an individual basis.
Essential Physical Requirements

- Driving (as needed for meetings, events, or off-site engagements)

- Bending or stooping
- Light lifting or carrying (materials, equipment, event supplies)
Physical Effort
- Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 10 lbs (e.g., laptop, documents, marketing materials)
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 20 lbs (e.g., event supplies, presentation equipment)
Working Environment
This position is located in a production/processing environment, which may involve:
- Cold temperatures ranging from 45°F with occasional exposure to freezer environments as low as -10°F
- Exposure to manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Standing and working on concrete floors for extended periods
- Fast-paced, physically demanding tasks in a team-oriented setting
- Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols
