About the Role

ArmadaCare is currently seeking qualified students to spend the summer (and potentially beyond) with us! This paid internship will provide a hands-on opportunity to explore potential careers, gain valuable experience, fulfill college requirements, and learn about yourself. Special projects and learning opportunities are currently available in our Sales Department.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Success intern, you’ll assist members of the Sales Support team with projects that support their departmental goals and increase efficiency. Working closely with others in the department will teach you sales’ role in the success of the organization and will showcase the potential opportunities for your future career.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide support in analyzing Request for Proposals provided by the sales team
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
  • Assist in tracking Requests for Proposals through dashboard and opportunity reports
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal partners
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales team
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the Sales department as assigned


What You'll Bring:

The ideal intern will possess the following: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to perform tasks in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Power BI)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Ability to receive and accept guidance from other

Hours of Operation:

We are seeking one full-time Interns. Business hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm M-F. We are currently working in the office Tuesday – Thursday, and virtually Monday and Friday.


Armada follows a hybrid work structure where employees work in-office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) and remotely for the remaining two.
