Summary
Spinoso Real Estate Group is a dynamic, collaborative organization driven by a passion for retail real estate and operational excellence. Our Field Marketing Department leads the marketing strategy and direction for our commercial assets. The Field Marketing Intern will support the Corporate Field Marketing Team with day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, research, reporting, and digital asset management. This role offers hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure to our many departments, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful marketing initiatives across our portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Document and distribute comprehensive meeting notes, including key decisions, action items, and follow-up responsibilities.
- Conduct market research and competitoranalysis andmonitorindustry trends to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Organize andmaintainexecuted marketing agreements between company properties and local vendors.
- Prepare reports, update databases, and provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
- Compile and prepare marketing performance data for monthly reporting and analysis.
- Assistwith the preparation and coordination of audits related to field marketing documentation.
- Collect andconsolidatedata for portfolio-wide analytics trackers and reporting tools.
- Complete a capstone project summarizing internship contributions, insights, and recommendations.
- Supportadditionalprojects and initiatives on an as-needed basis.
Qualification Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college or university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva isrequired; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to translate complex data and research findings into clear, understandable insights.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office or similar software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations; familiarity with Microsoft Excel isrequired.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook/Meta) and associated analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts, systems, and processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Ability to commute on-site on a weekly basis
- Use of computer screens and keyboards
- Operation of a passenger vehicle
- Occasional and sometimes overnight air travel
- Manual dexterity sufficient for constant use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone/radio
- Ability to operate office equipment, including a copier, fax machine, postage machine, etc.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Speech and hearingsufficientfor regular communications on the phone, radio or face-to-face
- Vision sufficient for reading work related documents on a monitor or in paper format
- Sufficient sense of smell to detect dangerous odors
- Ability to walk, bend,stoop, climb, and reach in the course of normal office functions
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
