        Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Organização de documentos físicos e digitais;
  • Arquivamento de materiais de campanhas e contratos;
  • Controle de planilhas (eventos, fornecedores, prazos);
  • Atualização de cadastros e bases de contatos;
  • Apoio na elaboração de relatórios básicos;
  • Contato com fornecedores e áreas internas;
  • Controle de estoque de brindes;
  • Solicitação de materiais internos;
  • Suporte na reserva de salas, organização de reuniões e eventos da força de vendas;
  • Acompanhamento de prazos de pagamento e envio de NF (junto ao financeiro e fornecedor);
  • Suporte no processos de reembolso;
  • Confecção de Convites, flayer digitais, etc (em Power Point/Canva);

    Outros requisitos:
  • Conhecimento no Pacote Office (experiência com Power Point ou Canva, será um diferencial)
  • Cursando o ensino médio em horário noturno ou completo.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Curicica de 08:30h às 14:30h e realizar o curso de capacitação no Centro da Cidade ou Barra da Tijuca.
