General Purpose
Are you ready to take what you’ve learned in the classroom and apply it to real‑world challenges? As a Summer Intern with CCSWB, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, work on meaningful projects, and collaborate with professionals who are eager to support your development. This internship is designed to provide exposure to business operations, strengthen your skill set, and allow you to make a real impact.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Shadow and assist with high‑impact projects within the assigned function.
- Follow project charters, timelines, and assigned responsibilities.
- Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners to achieve project goals.
- Attend meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Analyze data, processes, or business insights relevant to the assigned team.
- Develop and present final recommendations or project outcomes.
- Provide feedback on the internship program and overall experience.
Qualifications
- Current bachelor’s student in final year of study or graduate student.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Project Management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
