About the Role

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will support the development and optimization of process flows for electro-mechanical products within a contract manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, supplier performance management, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and documenting manufacturing process flows for electro-mechanical assemblies

  • Analyze supplier performance metrics and support KPI reporting using tools such as Power BI
  • Support capacity analysis and production planning activities across contract manufacturers
  • Collect, clean, and visualize manufacturing and supplier data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or related field) or recently graduated in the last year.
  • Strong analytical skills with interest in data visualization and reporting
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or similar tools preferred
  • Interest in electro-mechanical products and manufacturing operations
