- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based development environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in software QA or manual testing
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps workflows and pull request validation
- Experience testing web and mobile application builds

- Interest in AI systems, automation, or AI-assisted testing approaches
What Success Looks Like
- Timely validation of IPA builds and feature changes

- Reduced regression issues during high-velocity release cycles
- Strong coordination and communication with engineering teams
- Meaningful exposure to and understanding of the agentic AI development lifecycle
