About the Role

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

You will assist in the setup and planning of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for electronic gas production using tools like NWA Quality Analyst to monitor product quality. You will also participate in process safety studies, review risk assessments such as FMECA, and update plant P&IDs within corporate systems

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Involve in the planning and setup of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for Electronic gas production for both In-Processing and Final products
  • Learn and apply Quality Assurance (QA) skills such as liaising with different stakeholders, Statistical Process Control using +/- 3 sigma, using NWA QUALITY ANALYST tools to calculate control limits and CPK and etc.
  • Reviewing Production’s Risk Assessments, FMECA and Control Plan of local filled products
  • Participate in Process safety related study as as ARA, Hazop and Safety case
  • Updating Process P&IDs relating to Production & updating into corporate system

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible to work on engineering projects
  • Willing to learn new skills and have analytical thinking
