As an intern with the product, you will be supporting high priority initiative in “one way of working”, You will work directly with the Head of Product to standardize workflows, optimize our tooling, and ensure seamless coordination across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Jira Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the Head of Product to design, configure, and implement standardized Jira boards, issue types, and automated workflows that align with the unified "one way of working" strategy. 

  • Deliverable Template Implementation: Design and roll out standardized documentation templates (e.g., PRDs, User Stories, and Go-to-Market checklists) to ensure consistency and quality across all product squads. 

  • Cadence Coordination: Manage and streamline the product ritual calendar, including organizing Sprint Reviews, Refinements, and Governance meetings to ensure the team maintains a high-velocity delivery rhythm.

What We Are Looking For 

Experience and Qualifications 

  • Fast-Track Technical Learner: Recent Undergraduate or Postgraduate with a "power-user" mindset. You must be eager to dive deep into the technical backend of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and possess the grit to troubleshoot complex workflow logic. 

  • Data & Logic Orientation: Ability to think in "If-This-Then-That" (IFTTT) logic. You should be comfortable using data to prove why a certain process change will save the team time or improve output quality. 

  • Precision & Execution: A high level of attention to detail. Whether it is configuring a Jira permission scheme or drafting a PRD template, you take pride in the accuracy and professional polish of your deliverables. 

  • Agile Curiosity: While professional experience isn't required, you should have a strong theoretical grasp of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban and a passion for practicing these methodologies in a real-world tech environment.
