Job Identification
We are looking for an HR Intern for the HR Department in Samarkand
What We Expect
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
Support coordination of interviews and communication with candidates.
Help maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Participate in onboarding and adaptation activities for new hires.
Assist HR specialists in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Contribute to HR initiatives related to employee engagement and internal communication.
Qualifications
University degree or ongoing studies in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
Knowledge of English, Uzbek, and Russian — competent written and oral communication.
Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn HR processes and tools.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with data.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic digital tools.
