Job Description

Within the PME division, as part of the Midscale and Eco Brands Team, the Brand Assistant Manager supports global initiatives for Mercure, TRIBE and Greet.

This role is pivotal in supporting Brand Management and participating in the elevation of the guest experience through strategic and creative projects.

Reporting directly to the Brand Managers of Mercure, TRIBE and Greet, you’ll help shape the future of these unique and dynamic Brands!

You will:

  • Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of the brands strategic projects (i.e: Experiences, F&B (Food&Beverage), D&TS (Design&Technology), M&E (Meeting&Events)…), creation of signature moment… and assist in the communication of these projects internally and externally to ensure alignment and understanding across the organization.
  • Maintain, update and manage global brand content: experience materials, creative assets and toolkits.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of the Global Internal Newsletters of the Brands.
  • Animate marketing relays network to foster relationships between Regional hubs and Global teams.
  • Assist on projects links to: Culture, Brand Compliance, Product Modernity, Brand Performance.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in meetings with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

Competencies:

  • Be highly organized and structured in project management
  • Great knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • A first experience in marketing or project management is highly appreciated

Level of Studies: Master/ MBA/ BAC+4 /+5

Areas of Studies: Marketing

Languages: French, English (B2/C1; TOIEC), Fluency in both written and spoken English mandatory
