About the Role

We are looking for our next Group Corporate Development and Investor Relations apprentice as of September 2026 for 12 or 24 months at our AXA Group Headquarters!

 

Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

As an apprentice, you will be part of the Group Corporate Development (GCD) and Investor Relations team. 

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Identify AI opportunities, assess current processes for automation potential, and explore use cases like market trend forecasting, competition and AXA’s performance analysis, and publication summarization to enhance efficiency and free up resources for high-value strategic activities
  • Collaborate with IR & Group Strategy teams to design, develop, and test AI prototypes supporting decision-making, investor communication, and routine tasks automation
  • Collect, clean, and prepare data sets for AI models while ensuring strict adherence to AXA’s data privacy, security, and compliance standards
  • Create AI-powered dashboards, reports, and insights to improve investor relations communication, monitor industry developments, and support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct training sessions to promote AI literacy within Group Strategy & IR teams, fostering a data-driven culture and maximizing AI tool adoption
  • Automate performance analysis, industry monitoring, and report generation through AI-driven data visualization and insights to boost efficiency and strategic insights

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strong ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
  • Rigorous, proactive and curious
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
  • Demonstrates a strong appetite for AI and familiarity with AI tools and technologies
