Job Title: Internship – Account Management

Job Location: Bonn, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

Joining the Account Management team as an intern (3-6 months) for a well-known brand in the telecommunication sector you will be handling following tasks:

  • Support Relationship Building: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers of one of the leading German mobile operators by learning about customer needs, company services, and the telecommunications industry.

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Help identify potential areas for new customer opportunities by researching untapped markets and supporting efforts to offer relevant products or services to existing and prospective customers.

  • Assist in Sales and Innovation Projects: Contribute to sales and innovation projects by coordinating with the Account Team, organizing resources, and supporting project team members to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within scope.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Business with a strong interest for the ICT industry

  • Foundational understanding of business development, geopolitics, macroeconomics, and international relations, with a strong interest in expanding knowledge in these areas through hands-on experience

  • Ability to effectively communicate and work across cultures with a strong desire to contribute and make an impact in a fast-paced work environment

Language requirements:

  • Fluency in English and German (C1-C2) mandatory
