Job Description
- Assist Managers and project teams in project management related tasks such as effort/budget tracking, preparing documents for status tracking, facilitating internal project meetings with distributed team members, following up open points.
- Collaborate with related project stakeholders to fulfill management processes.
- Support in organizing Events like Project meeting, Group Meeting, Workshops.
- Other required tasks.
Qualifications
- Can work full week (Monday - Friday)
- College 4th student (not yet graduated) in Business Admin, English Linguistics and Literature, who can work full-time for 6 months.
- Background in Economics or Business management or Linguistics
- Must provide the recommendation/ introduction letter from the universities when onboarding
- Well organized, detail oriented, careful, hardworking, enthusiasm
- Well versed in using Microsoft office applications, especially Excel (Logical, Lookup function; Pivot table; Charts.)
- Good at English skills
