About the Role
Coty is searching for a motivated and talented individual to join the Travel Retail Europe & Africa Finance Team. As a Finance Intern, you will report directly to a Finance Manager and begin by assisting with daily tasks involving business analysis and managing financial operations for a designated group of customers. As you become more familiar with Coty's processes and business dynamics, your responsibilities may expand, allowing you to participate in ad-hoc projects that further develop your skills. You will work closely with commercial and multifunctional teams within Coty, playing a key role in fostering smooth collaboration and maintaining efficient financial operations.
The internship duration ranges from 6 to 12 months. If there is mutual interest and suitability, the position may lead to a full-time job offer.

Key Responsibilities
Acting as a liaison between the Sales & Marketing teams and the Accounts Payable teams, facilitating clear and effective communication to support cross-functional initiatives,
Following the Purchase to Payment (P2P) process. This involves handling supplier information, creating and maintaining purchase requisitions, overseeing goods received, coding invoices, posting transactions, and performing any necessary follow-up to ensure all steps are completed accurately and on time,
Assisting with the month-end closing process, including profit and loss (P&L) analysis and preparing accruals to ensure financial records are complete and accurate, Collaborating in the forecasting and reporting processes to support strategic planning and informed business decision-making,
Supplying financial data and analytical support to the Sales and Marketing teams, including conducting analyses, assisting in preparing forecasts, and handling various ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications / Experience
Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting preferred,
Strong analytic, data-driven skills,
Full proficiency in English; French and other languages a plus,
Mastery of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel,
Experience in SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, KNIME, Python, and Microsoft Copilot are all considered a plus.
