Job Information

An Assembly Manufacturing Intern supports day‑to‑day production in an assembly‑line environment while helping improve processes, documentation, and overall factory performance. The role blends hands‑on exposure to assembly operations with engineering‑focused tasks, making it a strong fit for students who enjoy practical problem‑solving and working directly with production teams. 

Role & Responsibility

  • Support daily assembly operations and help resolve production issues.
  • Create and update work instructions, visual aids, and standard work documents.
  • Collect data (cycle times, downtime) and assist with improvement projects.
  • Assist in designing simple fixtures, tools, or aids to improve assembly efficiency and safety
  • Update and modify assembly area layouts as needed.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams on small projects. 

Job Requirement

  • Currently pursuing Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics (or related) Engineering.
  • Experience of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other 2D/3D CAD software (PTC Creo is a plus).
  • Strong teamwork skills and willingness to work with different departments.
  • Intermediate or advanced English is required.
