About the Role

Your Area of Work

Join Clearstream Fund Services as a Data Analytics Intern to support the Data Analytics team in the development, monitoring, and improvement of internal data products and analytics prototypes.
This internship offers hands‑on exposure to data quality management, analytics prototyping, and AI exposure while contributing to internal data management and product‑related activities. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and data product managers, gaining practical experience across the data lifecycle in a financial services environment.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Support data quality monitoring for internal analytics prototypes and solutions, including basic checks, issue tracking, and contribution to root‑cause analysis
• Assist in reviewing existing data products and analyses to identify data inconsistencies, gaps, or improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the assessment of AI or automation opportunities to enhance current data products or analytical processes (e.g. exploratory analysis, documentation, benchmarking)
• Support internal data product activities, including documentation, dataset descriptions, and preparation of materials related to product or offering launch planning
• Help maintain and update basic analytics outputs, reports, or dashboards used for internal prototyping and decision support
• Document findings, assumptions, and observations in a clear and structured way

 

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in data analysis, analytics products, and data‑driven decision‑making
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis (academic or project experience is sufficient)
• Familiarity with data concepts such as data quality, data preparation, and basic analytics workflows
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or automation, even at a conceptual or introductory level
• Good analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in financial services, fund administration, or data‑driven products
• Fluency in English

 

Considered an Asset: 
• Exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI) through coursework or projects
• First experience with data documentation, dashboards, or analytics prototypes
