About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a 2026 Summer Intern at OSG in our Carol Stream, IL facility. This is a compensated internship with no health benefits or paid holidays/ vacation time and will run through the summer months of May – August.


Job Title: Revenue Operations & Enablement Intern

Position: Temp, 32 - 40 hours/ Week

Work Location: Carol Stream, IL 

Onsite: 4 days a week


Responsibilities

• Sales Learning & Development content generation

• Process mapping

• Business requirements gathering

• AI solution configuration with Claude/Copilot

• Reporting & dashboard development

• General Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement support


Position Qualifications

We are looking for a highly resourceful and analytical college junior or senior student with the following attributes:

 • GPA requirement: 3.0 GPA or higher

  • Working toward a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; interest in operational efficiency and process optimization.


  • Intellectually curious with a passion for learning.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Ambitious and capable of working independently; proactive attitude towards professional development.
