Position Summary

The Legal Intern will support the Corporate Legal Department in day-to-day legal, compliance, and contractual matters. This paid internship provides practical, hands-on experience in an in-house legal environment, offering exposure to corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and corporate documents

· Conduct legal and business research related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and internal policies

· Organize and maintain electronic contract and matter management systems

· Support corporate filings, entity management, and record-keeping (e.g., board materials, resolutions)

· Help track legal requests, deadlines, and approvals

· Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement) on legal-related inquiries

· Perform general administrative duties to support the Legal Department as needed

Qualifications

· Current enrollment in law school

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Professional written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
