Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support partnerships and revenue growth. This role provides hands-on experience in B2B relationship management and strategic development. Responsibilities include advocating for clients, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, proofing marketing materials, and assisting in event strategy and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about client advocacy, event optimization, and marketing strategy while working cross-functionally to enhance overall success.


Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships, including event booking, marketing coordination, and data analysis for future improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs to help create customized solutions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Gain insight into National Rarities’ business model to enhance client communication and engagement.  Researching our client base periodically to gain a better understanding of needs.
  • Support buying teams at events and occasionally attend them to better understand the process and client expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, logistics, and design teams to align strategies with client goals.
  • Assist in developing strategic plans, tracking progress, and compiling reports on event performance and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising.
  • Assist the revenue team in preparing for internal meetings as needed.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferably Junior or Senior level)
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proactive in seeking clarity and asking questions when needed
  • Highly driven and results-oriented

Schedule and Compensation

  • 10 to 20 hours per week
  • Minimum commitment of 3 days per week
  • Duration: Mid-May through Mid-August
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour
