Job Description

Tasks:

  • Support monitoring and analysis of government policies, regulations, and parliamentary updates relevant to the company’s operations.
  • Assist in preparing briefing notes, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate engagement activities with government agencies, chambers, and industry associations
  • Support in general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing event logistics, and supporting reporting needs.
  • Support to maintain databases of key government contacts and track engagement activities.
     

Project:

  • Engagement with Eurocham and MGCC
  • Bosch's engagement in TVET

Qualifications

  • Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Political science, law, public administration
  • Mandatory 6 months of internship (Compulsory commitment).
  • Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
