Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :
This role supports the Razer Gold regional business in both marketing execution and sales administration. The intern will assist in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring brand compliance with global design standards, and managing backend promotional settings.In addition, the role provides support for reseller management, including KYC documentation, agreement tracking, and settlement coordination. The position requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to manage both marketing execution and sales operations processes efficiently.
1. Marketing Execution & Brand Compliance
Creative Asset Management: Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing assets, ensuring all visual and product communications adhere to Razer’s Global Design Standards.
Campaign Execution: Manage basic marketing tasks including copywriting, content publishing, social media updates, and tracking marketing exposure/clippings.
User Education: Initiate programs to educate users on Razer Gold’s value proposition and "how-to" guides (activation, reloads, and game purchases).
Reward Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end redemption process for virtual/physical prizes and "Silver Rewards" for winners and partners.
2. Backend settings Support
System Configuration: Set up and manage marketing mechanics and promotion settings within the backend system to ensure operational efficiency.
Event Support: Provide logistical and operational support and plan for both online and offline regional marketing activities.
3. Sales execution:
KYC & Agreement Management: Conduct initial KYC reviews, manage contract documentation, and track agreement lifecycles (execution, expiration, and T&C compliance).
Settlement Management: Oversee weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly settlement processes with resellers to ensure high accuracy and timeliness.
