About the Role

The primary objective of this position to support the HRIT team in BAU operations by assisting in maintaining and improving HR systems, data management, system testing, and providing operational support to ensure efficient HR system operations

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the HRIT team in daily BAU operations related to HR systems
  • Assist in monitoring and managing HR system support ticket raised by users
  • Help perform initial checks and basic troubleshooting for HR system
  • Support basic system administrative tsks when required
  • Asist in system testing for bug fixes, system enhancements and upgrade
  • Prepare and document test cases and test results
  • Asist in data validation and ensure accuracy of HR data in the system
  • Support preparation of HRIT documentation such as user guides, process flows and SOPs
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required to follow up on system issues or requests
  • Perform other operational, initiatives, administrative tasks assigned by the HRIT team
  • Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.

Experience

  • Basic understanding of HR processes or HR systems is an added advantage
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with system and data accurately
  • Strong willingness to learn and support operational tasks
