About the Role

Job Summary

 

Digital & AI Experience Intern, Customer Success

This intern will support the Customer Success Organization’s transformation toward AI-scaled operations and digital value delivery. Projects will include researching hybrid AI and hybrid cloud use cases within the customer lifecycle, building frameworks to measure customer value and outcomes, and supporting initiatives that shift the organization from reactive support to proactive value creation. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise AI strategy in a $2.6B post-sales organization.

 

 

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and in their penultimate year of study.
