Summer 2026 Full-Time Internship – Woodcliff Lake, NJ
June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026
 

 

WHAT AWAITS YOU. 

  • Support Sales Operations & Steering General Manager in tracking sales initiatives execution, target vs. achievement on key performance indicators to prepare management updates.
  • Manage the key forum and committee calendar as well as coordinate content gathering across various business lines (Retail Finance Commercial Finance, Insurance) and supporting divisions (Marketing, Credit & Funding).
  • Develop a strong network within Financial Services at department head, field and internal associate levels to gather critical insights, learn the Financial Services business.
  • Become proficient in BMW Group and brand specific corporate identity.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • US Work Authorization required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
  • Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
  • Prior BMW Group experience is a plus (applicable to international J1 students only).

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. 

  • Strong Powerpoint, Excel and Analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) Skills.
  • Good storyboarding, visual representation of data, and insights derivation skills.
  • Preferences:
    • Business degree, Data Analytics specialization
    • Internship experience in Automotive or banking industries

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.  

 

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.

Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

 

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
