About the Role

Integration von Standard CNC Maschinen in verkettete Serienprozesse 

 

Ob für Praxissemester, Abschlussarbeit oder als Werkstudierender – bei Constellium nimmt dein Studium Form an. Wir walzen, pressen und bearbeiten täglich Tausende Tonnen Aluminium. In Singen, Gottmadingen und in Zukunft. Das Leichtmetall ist nämlich unendlich recyclebar und schon heute unersetzlich in vielen Branchen.

 

Bei uns kannst du erste Berufserfahrung sammeln, Einblicke in ein international erfolgreiches Unternehmen gewinnen und deine Ideen verwirklichen. Wir bei Constellium in Singen und Gottmadingen unterstützen dich mit all unserer Erfahrung dabei, deine Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen weiterzuentwickeln indem du unter anderem selbstständig erste Projekte bearbeitest.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Integration von Standard CNC-Maschinen in verkettete Serienprozesse
  • Definition der Leistungsparameter und Randbedingungen
  • Definition und Schaffung von standardisierten Schnittstellen
  • Konzept für automatische Beladefunktion und automatische Rüstfunktionen


Dein Profil:

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektro- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Zielgerichtete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
