About the Role

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Kennenlernen aller Bereiche der technischen Kommunikation: Redaktion, Übersetzung/Terminologie, Publikation & SAP-basierte Informationsprozesse
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in laufenden Projekten, z. B. bei der Erstellung oder Überarbeitung technischer Inhalte für digitale und klassische Medien
  • Untersuchen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten durch Digitalisierung, z. B. Einsatz neuer KI-Tools, Automatisierungsansätze oder Workflow-Optimierungen
  • Sonderprojekte inklusive Recherche & Benchmarking, teils mit direkter Relevanz für das Management
  • Mitarbeit an Konzepten zur Zukunft der technischen Kommunikation, z. B. modulare Content-Strategien, neue Publikationsformen oder User-Experience-Ansätze
  • Unterstützen bei Analyseaufgaben, z. B. Datenqualität, Prozessperformance, Kennzahlen

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Laufendes Studium in den Fachrichtungen Technische Kommunikation, Medien, Übersetzung, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informationsdesign, Sprachwissenschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaft oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der technischen Kommunikation, Mediengestaltung, Übersetzung, Content-Erstellung oder im Umgang mit technischen Produkten sind von Vorteil
  • Optional: Erfahrung mit STIHL Produkten oder generelles Interesse am Thema „Produkt & Technik“
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und proaktive Arbeitsweise, Affinität für Zahlen & Analysen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und fundiert aufzubereiten
  • Sehr gute Microsoft 365 Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
