Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion;

Nous recherchons un Assistant(e) Chef de Projet (H/F) sur les marques A-Derma/Ducray.

Au sein de l’équipe Marketing A-Derma/Ducray, vous accompagnerez l’équipe Media dans la mise en place, le suivi et l’optimisation des campagnes médias France. Vous interviendrez sur plusieurs leviers : média, social media, CRM, influence, avis consommateurs et coordination interne.

Vos principales missions seront :

Media

  • Participer à la mise en place des plans médias en lien avec les équipes internes et agences.

  • Réaliser des briefs créatifs et suivi de production des assets type UGC.

  • Mettre à jour et dépôt des kits digitaux pour les équipes terrain.

  • Suivre des rétroplannings et validation des livrables.

  • Réaliser des reporting et analyse des performances (KPI : impressions, clics, ventes, engagement…).

Social Media

  • Gérer le planning éditorial des réseaux sociaux.

  • Gérer des jeux concours.

CRM

  • Aider à la création et au suivi des briefs pour les newsletters.

Influence

  • Gérer des briefs micro-influence et envoi colis.

Avis consommateurs

  • Aider à la création des briefs pour les campagnes Rates & Reviews

Veille et inspiration

  • Réaliser une veille concurrentielle sur les activations médias et social media dans le secteur beauté et dermo-cosmétique.

  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec des logiciels tels que Canva, photoshop;

  • Vous maitrisez le montage vidéo (CapCut…);
