Purpose

Stagiaire Maintenance Bâtiment - Mise à jour documentation technique & GMAO

 

Au sein du service Maintenance / Bâtiment de notre site de production, vous participerez à la fiabilisation et à la structuration de l'ensemble de la documentation technique (plans, schémas, procédures), ainsi qu'à l'amélioration de notre système de gestion de maintenance (GMAO) et de nos indicateurs de performance.
Ce stage offre une immersion complète dans un environnement industriel en constante évolution, avec de réelles responsabilités et une contribution directe à la performance du site.

 

Key Missions

 

Missions principales


1. Mise à jour et création de plans AutoCAD
•    Actualiser les plans existants des bâtiments, de la halle de production, des locaux techniques et des installations associées.
•    Assurer la mise en cohérence des plans suite aux évolutions et travaux réalisés sur le site.


2. Création d'un plan AUTOCAD regroupant l'ensemble des schémas techniques
•    Centraliser les schémas électriques (courants forts/faibles), CVC, fluides, etc.
•    Vérifier la cohérence des informations techniques et mettre à jour si nécessaire.


3. Référencement et amélioration des procédures de maintenance préventive
•    Recenser les procédures existantes liées aux installations techniques.
•    Les retravailler afin de les rendre plus didactiques, claires et opérationnelles.
•    Harmoniser les procédures selon les standards du groupe (mise en page, structure, niveau de détail, modèle TWI du lean).


4. Mise à jour et fiabilisation de la GMAO
•    Intégrer les nouvelles procédures de maintenance dans la GMAO.
•    Modifier les gammes préventives selon les mises à jour réalisées.
•    Vérifier la cohérence équipements/gammes/plans.


5. Développement des KPI Maintenance (Downtime / MTBF / MTTR)
•    Définir la méthodologie de calcul des indicateurs.
•    Construire le tableau de bord associé (Excel, Power BI ou autre outil interne).
•    Proposer des pistes d'amélioration pour le suivi de performance.

 

Profile & Other Information

Profil recherché
•    De formation en maintenance industrielle, génie industriel, techniques du bâtiment, CVC, électrotechnique.
•    Compétences souhaitées : 
o    Connaissance de base sur AutoCAD.
o    Connaissances en maintenance industrielle ou bâtiment.
o    À l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, GMAO, DAO).
o    Rigueur, organisation, capacité d'analyse et travail en équipe.
o    Goût pour le travail sur le terrain et la documentation technique.
