Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant and passionate Accounting Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).

 

For this opportunity we are offering a fixed-term contract. 

Your Impact

  • Coordinate and allocate Italian and international collections to the appropriate customer accounts.
  • Effectively manage the active schedule for issuing reminder letters in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurately record accruals, deferrals, and issue invoices/credit notes as required.
  • Oversee and manage foreign exchange differences.
  • Reconcile payments received via credit cards and FinTech services.
  • Submit and reconcile items subject to collection processes.
  • Process, allocate, and reconcile direct debit transactions.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records for promotional items and free gifts.
  • Manage debt collection activities and handle litigation matters.
  • Perform cash reconciliations (e.g., for stores and other channels).
  • Provide accurate monthly data for management reporting purposes.
     

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Economics
  • 2-4 years of previous experience in an Accounting Department Office
  • Experience in financial solutions management
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
