Are you an aspiring engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment? Join our team as an Engineering Intern and work alongside experienced engineers to support process improvements, automation initiatives, and production efficiency projects.

This is an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting while contributing to meaningful engineering projects that impact safety, quality, and operational performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Support engineering projects focused on manufacturing process improvements and optimization
  • Assist in developing, troubleshooting, and refining manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Create and update work instructions to transition processes from Engineering to Production
  • Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with automation design, development, and implementation projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
  • Support additional engineering-related tasks and projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Foundational knowledge of engineering principles and their application to manufacturing and product design
  • Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and dimensional tolerances
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
