Our Emerging Talent Programs — including Internships and Trainee roles — provide hands-on opportunities for students and early-career professionals to contribute to the teams behind our film, television, and entertainment experiences.
These paid, seasonal assignments deliver meaningful, high-impact work designed to accelerate your growth. You’ll take on real responsibilities, build practical skills, and gain exposure to the business through structured learning, executive engagement, and networking opportunities.
Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with writing coverage for scripts and finished films for the Sony Pictures Acquisitions team
Research on upcoming titles
Market research projects
Provide support on administrative duties
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program or higher
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (familiarity with Adobe suite is a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills (scheduling, database management, data entry)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
An interest in, and knowledge of, American independent & International films
