What it means to be a Finance Co-op
We get it, you want to know what you’re signing up for before you apply, right? This is what you need to know. As a Finance Co-op on the Redbrick Shared Services team, you’ll be responsible for:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process invoices, approvals, and payment runs (AP)
Assist with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations (AR)
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
Expense Management
Support expense processes (credit cards, Expensify, Yooz, and Sage Intacct), ensuring expenses are accurately recorded and documented
Communicate with portfolio companies on expense submissions
Month-End Support
Assist with close activities, including reconciliations and reporting, while gaining exposure to core accounting processes
Administrative and Operations Support
Maintain organized financial records
Prepare bank deposits
Provide ad hoc support as needed
